Bellevue Arts Museum (BAM) is seeking a dynamic, creative and intellectually curious Curator to develop a compelling curatorial vision and to manage exhibition programs that fulfill that vision. The individual should have a deep understanding of contemporary art, craft and design. The Curator will be charged with a long-term exhibition plan with the goal of increasing BAM’s relevance within the greater Puget Sound Region while advancing the Museum’s mission.

Development Manager 

Bellevue Arts Museum (BAM) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Development Manager to lead the Museum’s fundraising efforts. Development Manager manages all fundraising initiatives including individual gifts, corporate sponsorships, grants, and membership. In addition to managing BAM’s annual fundraising, this is a unique opportunity to collaborate with the Executive Director in his efforts to launch and implement a significant multi-year strategic growth campaign. BAM seeks a candidate who thinks strategically and acts tactically.

Guest Service Associate

Bellevue Arts Museum (BAM) is seeking an engaging and friendly Guest Service Associate to provide excellent customer service while welcoming, assisting and orienting Bellevue Arts Museum guests. This staff person generates financial support for BAM by selling admissions, promoting and selling new and renewing memberships, and supporting the Museum Store. This person should be able to communicate to our guests about exhibitions, program information, and promotions. In this highly visible position, the Guest Services Associate provides the important first impression of the Museum to the public via the phone and in person. They also record and track attendance, process the daily mail, assist with mailings.

Summer Camp Instructor

Bellevue Arts Museum (BAM) is seeking an experienced and engaging Summer Camp Instructor. The instructor is responsible for leading the Summer Camp program by engaging kids in art projects and other activities throughout the week, and will work cooperatively with the Education Coordinator to develop curriculum, art projects, and other camp activities and games.

Part-time Security Officer

Bellevue Arts Museum (BAM) is seeking a part-time Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of the Museum’s visitors, staff, facilities and its temporary collections with a customer service mindset. This department supports all activities, events and functions of the Bellevue Arts Museum. The Security Officers’ responsibility is to uphold the Museum’s policies and procedures by supporting Museum functions and by providing excellent support to all of its internal and external customers.
